Upon choosing a song, either generate all the pre-conditions randomly or allow the player to choose the most important pre-conditions while keeping the smaller ones random. Have a separate 'Adventure Mode', independent of saves, accessible through the main menu, which contains an up-to-date list of all the songs encountered thus far by the player. The disadvantage is that players would only be able to explore songs they encountered on that particular save and no others (therefore, we'd also need more save slots if we ultimately want access to every song, (but this is probably on their radar, anyway)). The advantage of this approach is that all the required information already exists for the devs, and they only need to disable the auto-save after song-completion before booting the player back to the main menu. Have an 'Adventure Mode' for existing savegames, pulling the information directly from the saved data to generate the pre-conditions necessary for each song, while still running each chosen song in a separate, contained instance that doesn't save any outcomes to disk. However, in the long-term, I do think this would be a good QoL feature to have.Įssentially, I see two potential solutions for how this could be implemented: The Trial has a huge number of variations for every romance, for the outcomes of certain songs, for the ways you've spoken to characters, etc.). I can understand why the devs didn't prioritise this, as there are some songs that depend on your previous choices (e.g. I agree that this would be a nice feature.
